We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects such as improper milling, laminating, grading, coating, insect infestation or construction. However, grain pattern will vary from one flooring piece to another. In addition, since most of our products are not stained, inherent variations in grain or color are natural occurrence and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Wood is sensitive to moisture and temperature variations. Proper installation is extremely important to avoid warping, cupping, buckling or bonding failure. Even with professional installation, minor separation between boards at different times during the year may occur. This is a natural characteristic of solid wood flooring. We warrant for 15 years that our products will not warp, cup, buckle or suffer from bond failure due to product (not installation) defects.

We have taken great care to produce a highly durable surface on our wood flooring products and we warrant that our finish will not wear through, peel or separate from the wood under normal residential usage. The warranty period for our solid and engineered wood is 25 and 30 years respectively. Gloss reduction however is expected over time and therefore cannot be considered a wear through.

Under the stated warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, refinish or refund the purchase due to manufacturing defects. However, the following exclusions apply:
