We have also put together a management team consisting of experts in the business of wood flooring production from around the world. By combining the right talents with the right tools/facilities, we aim to continuously improve our product quality, reduce our cost, and increase our production volume.

We have adopted a business approach quite unique in the wood flooring industry. We firmly believe that every employee can influence and contribute to the success of the company. At our management meetings, we always have the participation of employees from our production lines. We know that whatever manufacturing ideas, policies and practices we may want to implement, they will have to execute. Their input and buy-in are therefore mandatory.

To ensure that we act expeditiously to handle customer issues and responsively address market needs, our sales and marketing team have direct access to senior management. Each senior manager is expected to take such feedback seriously and is empowered to convene company meetings to address them without having to give due notice.
